A Zabuton is a traditional Japanese cushion for sitting and enter many aspects of their culture and is used in Zen meditation, used for eating, watching television, reading and other daily activities. In Zen meditation, practitioners sit on zafu which is typically placed on top of a zabuton. The zabuton cushions the knees and ankle while sitting in the cross legged position. This zabuton is well stuffed with cotton batting and measures 36" x 28" and is 3-4" in height.
