Meditation benches provide a simple and comfortable way to sit easily with your spine straight, yet relaxed for meditation because the angle of the bench. Each of our benches is handmade from the finest hardwoods, padded with cotton batting, and covered with a variety of beautiful 100% cotton fabrics. The top is 18"x7". The height is 6 1/4" in front and 8" in back. That allows for some compression of the cushion. Photo is the suggested kneeling posture for this bench. Available in Blue (shown), black and burgundy.
