This Round Tatami Meditation mat is made with the traditional Japanese Rush grass which is softer. Use this circular mat under your zafu meditation pillow to add height to your sitting area during meditation or relaxation techniques. This mat measures 24" in diameter and is 2 1/4" in height. It is available in a black border (shown) or a red/gold brocade border.
